In addition to providing our expertise to the various First Nations communities, considerable time and effort is expended assisting individual Locatees in leasing and/or developing their lands and maximizing value. This includes assisting in the negotiation of long-term ground leases as well as joint venture and limited partnership agreements. Incorporated are Locatees and bands operating with and without powers granted under the Land Code as well as Locatees operating under the Constitution of the Westbank First Nation.
