2007-2008 – Appraiser with BC Assessment, Kelowna, British Columbia. Valuation of commercial and industrial properties for assessment purposes throughout the Okanagan Valley.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Completed a wide variety of real estate valuation and consulting assignments throughout the Okanagan, including land development feasibility studies, land use evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and commercial real estate and lease valuations.

Served as the Lead Research Assistant on such varied and complex assignments as: valuation of a deep sea marine terminal facility with all development and environmental approvals in place for both land and water, valuation and consulting advice pertaining to a large waterfront resort development on Osoyoos Lake, consulting advice regarding maximizing property values and/or disposition strategies for major corporate clients with extensive real estate holdings throughout British Columbia.
